Shynella Chenise Wilbut was born on August 9, 1968, to Joe Coleman and Shirley J. Wilbut, in Chicago IL, where she attended Edward Jenner Elementary School.

She later moved to Maywood IL. She was employed in various jobs, but her passion was taking care of the elders in several Maywood Senior facilities.

Shynella confessed Christ as her personal Savior and was baptized into the Christian faith on December 02, 2007, uniting with Broadview Missionary Baptist Church, under the pastorage of Emeritus Clarence W. Hopson.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Willie & Beulah Mae Wilbut, Sr.; one brother Terrence Le Monde, aunt, Willa Bea; uncles, Vernell, Andrew, Alonzo, Willie Jr., Leon, and Isaiah; two cousins, Howard and Andrea Peterson.

Shynella was called to her eternal rest on Thursday, January 28, 2021, by our All Wise Heavenly Father.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving mother, Shirley Wilbut; father, Joe Coleman; sister Tawanda Wilbut (John) Neal; brother, Jerron Otis; aunt, Ernestine Wilbut; lifelong friend, Kenneth Barnes, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
