A Son, A Father, A Friend

Anthony Maurice Jackson Jr; an exuberant spirit, was an early Christmas gift, born on December 17th, 1995 to Sheena Nicole Stone and Anthony Jackson Sr. in Chicago,IL. Anthony’s presence lit up the lives of his mother, family and friends.

Anthony also known as “Mitch” was eager to live life his way, his expedition and early childhood learning launched in Xenia, OH. He received his middle school education from Garfield elementary in Maywood,IL. He also attended Proviso East High School in Maywood, IL, and Urban Prep Academy High School . Anthony attended and graduated from Lincoln Challenge Academy.

Anthony loved basketball and was extremely passionate about his music. He was always on the stage of life everyday. He was excited to be a participant of the Chicago CRED program where he recently received his Diploma. He embraced the staff as family and spoke fondly of the team assisting him in transforming his life. Anthony was a fearless soul who often found himself doing exactly what he wanted to do with his life and not allowing anyone to dictate his movement.

Anthony was relentless in his efforts to change the trajectory of his life, when his beautiful daughter Royalty that he affectionately called Da’Da’s Girl “, was born. His most proud moments were his recent camping trip with his baby girl and her graduation from Kindergarten.

He Accepted Christ Jesus at an early age and was baptized August 2, 1998 at Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Dr. Amos Waller. He often referred to John 3:16 “For God soo loved the world, He gave his only begotten Son, whosoever believe in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life”. 

He was preceded in death by his favorite Aunt Pamela Fields, his Grandfather Thomas Stone and a host of other relatives and friends waiting to meet him at heavens gates.

Anthony loved family and he leaves to cherish his memories

Eleven Great Aunts and Eleven Great Uncles,His Bonus family Bryanae,Grandma Willia,leticia, Lamarkey and T.J. Four Bonus siblings Alexis,Adrian Jamaria, and Kentrey, his “POPS Myesha”, a host of cousins, other family, friends, and his HolyJustice Aunts.
